The school has been made aware of some issues with Parentpay accounts not updating at the end of each day with regarding Parents uploading funds to their child’s account and also the spending on school meals accounts where parents cannot see what their child has purchased.
This issue has been raised with the supplier who is currently working with the school to resolve this. Once resolved, the information over the past couple of days for all accounts will be updated to include all transactions on their child’s account, no information or funds will be lost.
For parents who require support with setting up their Parentpay account, there is a drop in session on Thursday 31 October in the school between 3pm and 4.30pm where assistance will be available from staff.
All pupils have now been issued with their access code and would remind parents and pupils that this code is specific to the child and for security of funds in the Parentpay account, this code should not be shared with anyone else.
