As you know the Scot Gvt has placed Renfrewshire in Level 3 of their protection system – so that means some changes to the safety measures in schools. We’ve listed these for you below:
– we can now resume indoor PE
– staff will wear a face covering wherever they cannot maintain a two-metre distance from pupils
– school staff will wear face coverings in all communal areas of the school ;all pupil will wear face coverings when in communal areas of the school and when on public transport and pupils in S4 -6 and the staff who teach them will wear face coverings in classes.
– parents/carers/visitors must wear a face covering if entering school building/playground
– good airflow will help stop the spread of the virus. We will keep classrooms safe, warm and comfortable, but parents and carers should provide warm clothing, such as a jumper or fleece, in colder weather.
