The Careers advisers have now spoken to all S2 classes about choosing their options. The S3 Myworldofwork ambassadors have shown them how to use the tools on the www.myworldofwork.co.uk website. We have interviewed most of tutor groups and are now working on Mr Wake’s groups which should be finished this week. I am looking forward to giving some hints and tips to parents on subject choice tomorrow night at school.
Pastoral care will be discussing final subject choices with pupils after 16th March so hopefully all this information will help you discuss these choices meaningfully at home and help you to pick subjects that allow your son or daughter to succeed in the career they choose.
