All S1 pupils took part in a reading competition between October and December of 2018. The aim of Let’s Read was to get pupils and their families reading as many books, from as many different genres, as possible. The pupils kept journals to chart their reading progress and submitted them at the end of the competition.
The following pupils will receive certificates and Waterstones vouchers for their outstanding journals:
Prize for the most books read: Isla Inglis 1J
Prize for the widest variety of genres: Marek Duffield 1H
Prize for the most creative journal: Lucy Brown 1B
