What might a typical day in this job look like?
If successful, you will embark on a unique two-year apprenticeship programme, which we hope is only the beginning of your learning journey, giving you the opportunity to gain experience and expertise across several areas of our business.
What will I learn?
You’ll learn about Leather Manufacturing and Production (including our very own Leather Laboratory) and develop skills in Operational Excellence. You will have the opportunity to gain an SVQ2 in Leather Manufacturing and Production and an SVQ2 in Business Improvement Techniques. With guidance and support from some of the best mentors in the Company, you will be given a platform on which you can thrive in your career moving forward.
