Job Title: Customer Service Administrator – Apprentice x 3
Location: Inchinnan Business Park
Reporting to: Customer Support Manager
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours pw
Remuneration: Apprenticeship Rate £3.70 per hour
12 month Fixed Term Contract
The Role
The Customer Service Administrator Apprentice role is to provide ‘Best in Class’ Customer Service for the benefit of the Customer and Field Sales Team in accordance with the company’s sales and marketing strategy and wider policies. A calm, measured approach is required when dealing with colleagues, suppliers or any internal or external personnel.
The Customer Service Administrator Apprentice will be required to complete the SVQ Business and Administration Level 2 qualification.
Key Result Areas
- Accurate Sales Order Processing
- Reception Lunchtime and Holiday Cover
- Sales Administration Tasks including written correspondence and administrative support
- To provide flexible cover for the wider Customer Service Team
- To offer ‘Best in Class’ Customer Service to all customers
Key Measures
- Processing timescales achieved
- Orders processed versus quantity of errors
- Clear communication
- Effective liaison with other departments (e.g. Warehouse, Production and Marketing)
- Delivery of ‘Best in Class’ Customer Service
Candidates must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills.
The successful applicants will be offered a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months which will be reviewed with the potential of a permanent role within the Customer Support Department.
