Skills Development Scotland (careers) are here to support pupils to make subject choice decisions. As part of this we will be interviewing every S2 pupil about managing their career plans and picking subjects that will allow them to get into the career of their choice. I will be helped by a few colleagues and will be interviewing over the next few weeks. I shall be issuing career packs to the pupils which should support you as a family making choices and provide you with websites to do more research. Parents are a huge influence on their children and we value your support with this. We are raising awareness of post school options ahead of S2 options evening to allow you to have discussions at home and make subject choices that are best for your child.
