A group of S1 pupil visted the education services within the Scottish Parliament. Pupils discussed Democracy in Scotland as well as going on a tour of the Parliament building. They visted the debating chamber and learned about the architecture of the building. Finally pupils has a question and answer session with constituency MSP Derek McKay. The pupils had a great day and enjoyed their trip, especially the gift shop where they were able to pick up some souvenirs.
