The Parent Council has received a request from the Head Boy and Head Girl to organise some real-life interview practice for senior pupils. The School and the Parent Council are very keen to support this request and we are looking for your help. Initially this will be for S6 pupils then S5 later in the year.
We would like to make this as realistic as possible for pupils so they can get as much out of this as possible. We are therefore seeking volunteers with interviewing experience to spend a few hours in the school during a workshop event to interview and coach individual pupils 1:1 on what to expect at an interview. This might include typical questions, good answers, dealing with nerves, feedback on their CV’s etc. If you have experience and are willing to take part then please let me know before Fri 23rd Feb.Alternatively if you can persuade your colleagues or employer to participate then please let me know.
