The final Writing Folio submission date for National 5 and Higher English is Tuesday 20th April 2021. This evidence will not be returned to pupils; it will be assessed as part of their Provisional Grades. The Writing Folio is worth 30% of the final grade for English – it is therefore essential that pupils hand in the very best work they can produce.
We cannot accept any submissions after the 20th of April. If pupils do not hand in a re-drafted piece on (or before) the 20th April we will assess their previous draft. To this end, we would strongly advise early submission of this important Writing Folio where possible.
